Proper Brushes
Taking care of our teeth is not really an easy task. We should learn to value them properly to prevent us smiling with yellow teeth or a black hole. We should also learn to know what are the proper tooth brushes and paste we should use.
It would be pretty useless for a person to want to get whiter teeth after having it bleached if you’re not going to take care of your teeth afterward anyways. You may have gained whiter teeth for a few months but because you neglect to take care of it, you’ll end up with nothing.
This article will help you figure out what is the proper brush and brushing techniques to prevent stains.
Dentists usually recommend a person to brush twice a day. The person should brush for about 3 to 4 minutes. It would be best to bring an egg timer and try to listen to one song to prevent the person rushing and getting bored. Just avoid listening to songs that could run up to 10 minutes. Try also avoiding brushing while singing, you might choke.
Tooth brushes are usually comprised of approximately 2,500 bristles grouped into tufts. A metal staple will then fold the tufts over. After which the tufts are then forced into holes (pre cored) that are found in the head and fixed in place. To make the user feel comfortable when holding the brush it is made from rubber and plastic. It is also fitted at the right angle to. However these are only the basic parts of a toothbrush, there are other components of a toothbrush that can make it unique and more helpful.
The best bristles are those that have rounded ends and have a medium texture. In toothbrushes, the smaller the head the better it is. If the head is small it can reach all the crevices of your mouth such as the back of your teeth. When it is small it will also be more comfortable, could u imagine putting in a brush whose head is as big as your fist. You’ll end up puking and would have worse bad breathe and dirtier teeth. The handle should also be long, so that it could reach those far out areas. If you have a tooth brush whose handle is as short as a toothpick I bet you’d be peeved all the time too.
There are now a ton of brushes that have different designs that will suit the user perfectly. There are even electric brushes now. The advantages of using electric tooth brushes is that they improve cleaning, remove stains and plaque better, and could help people with lack of manual dexterity.
Always remember to replace your tooth brush at least after 3 months of used, when the bristles have become out of shape and after you just had a cold or an illness.
